Casual Labour (Multiple Locations)

Assist to prepare restaurant for lunch and dinner. This includes setting up tables and ensuring general cleanliness of the restaurant.

Assist on table arrangement, reservation for the day and item 86.

Ensuring that side stations are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery and other established needs.

Taking order, basic table service, food caller, food runner and bar drink making.

Ensure sufficient take away containers, disposable items, utensils and sides are all in order.

Receive guests upon their arrival and seat them accordingly.

Take and process orders from guests via POS System.

Serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards, in a professional and courteous manner.

Restaurant closing on a rotational basis (closing house keeping).
